REGISTRATION
To become a Registered User and to access Services, you must register for an Account. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information as prompted by the registration form and all forms you access on the website and to update this information to maintain its truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness.

You agree to access and register for the Services using your Valve Corporation-provided Steam account. You are solely responsible for any and all activities that occur on your RUST SKINS Account or through the use of your password or Steam Account by you or other individuals. If you believe that a third party has obtained access to your Steam password or Account, you must take the necessary steps to ensure that your Account is only accessible to you. Additionally, you are solely responsible for limiting access to your Account. You agree that you will not permit any third party to use or access the service under any circumstances.

ACCOUNTS AND PROFILES
Once you have registered with the website through STEAM, the website will create your Account with RUSTSKINS and associate it with an account number. You authorize RUSTSkins.com to assume that any person using the website with your username and password is you or is authorized to act for you. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of the Account.

FEES AND PAYMENT
The service reserves the right to charge you for all applicable fees associated with deposits, withdrawals, sales, and/or purchases made through your RUSTSKINS Account. You are responsible for providing the service with accurate payment and billing information.

The service accepts no liability for transactions that are unable to be completed by our payment processors, whether due to insufficient funds on your credit card, issues with your identity or localization, or for any other reason. The service retains the right to verify and approve any, and all transactions entered into through the service. You expressly acknowledge and agree that such verifications may require you to provide additional personal information to the service in order to verify and confirm your identity and to conduct fraud and misuse prevention checks. The service may suspend your Account and contact you to obtain additional information necessary for payment processing. Suspending your access to the service does not absolve you of your obligation to pay any fees owed to the service.

Deposited funds are not considered real money but, for simplicity, are shown together with withdrawable funds. Only funds earned from item sales on the real money marketplace are withdrawable. Both un withdrawable and withdrawable money will be spent on real money purchases in the respective order.

TAXES
You are responsible for paying any taxes, including any item or value-added taxes, which may be applicable depending on the jurisdiction of the services provided.

Depending on your residency or location, you may be subject to certain ad valorem or other taxes (for example, GST) on certain fees that we charge. These taxes will be added to fees billed to you, if applicable.

You acknowledge that you must comply with your obligations under income tax provisions in your jurisdiction.

• To trade through the platform, you need to create an account; after the approval of an account, we will list your items on the website.
• When your item is bought, the item is instantly transferred from your RUSTSKINS inventory to the buyers RUSTSKINS inventory and the funds will instantly added to your account minus commission.
• Sale commission starts at 10%. It can be lowered by 5% for users who enable PREMIUM mode. PREMIUM mode can be activated for free.
• Maximum discount on listings is 99%. Items can not be listed over the Steam market value.
• If a problem occurs in a trade, our onsite support team can quickly resolve it for you. Open a support ticket here.
• The Seller is responsible for correctly pricing their item. RUSTSKINS will not compensate for price mistakes.
• Balance withdrawals can take from 1-7 business days to arrive. All cash outs are processed from our company account.

• The buyer is responsible for maintaining a well-standing Steam account that is trade ready. RUSTSKINS is not responsible for any trade hold delays on Steam due issues with the Buyers account.
• The buyer is responsible for all purchases made on his/her RUSTSKINS account. Purchased items can not be refunded.
• Balance deposited can not instantly be withdrawn. Only funds earned through sales can be withdrawn. Deposited balance can only be used to purchase skins from the marketplace.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree that the website and all content provided by us are the property of RustSkins, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property ("Our IP"). You agree that we own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Our IP and that you will not use Our IP for any unlawful or infringing purpose. You agree not to reproduce or distribute Our IP in any way, including electronically or via registration of any new trademarks, trade names, service marks, or Uniform Resource Locators (URLs), without express written permission from us.

INDEMNIFICATION
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless RustSkins and its affiliates and/or related entities, whether direct or indirect, current, former or future, and its and their respective current, former, or future officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns and related third parties (each an "Indemnified Party"), for any claims, causes of action, debts, damages, losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of any third-party claim that (a) your use of or inability to use the Services, (b) any user postings made by you, (c) your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third-party, or (d) your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations, except to the extent caused by any unlawful or negligent act or omission by RustSkins. RustSkins reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with RustSkins in asserting any available defenses. An Indemnified Party may participate in the defense by counsel of its own choosing, at its own cost and expense. You shall not settle any claim that adversely affects an Indemnified Party or imposes any obligation or liability on an Indemnified Party without the Indemnified Party's prior written consent.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
You understand and agree that we (A) do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, validity, or timeliness of information listed by us or any third parties, and (B) shall not be responsible for any materials posted by us or any third party. You shall use your judgment, caution, and common sense in evaluating any prospective methods or offers and any information provided by us or any third party.

In no event shall RustSkins, nor its Owner, directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be accountable for any indirect, incidental, special, eventful, or exemplary costs, including without limitation, loss of proceeds, figures, usage, goodwill, or other intangible losses, consequential from (i) your use or access of or failure to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content attained from the service; and (iv) unlawful access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether or not based on guarantee, Agreement, domestic wrong (including carelessness) or any other lawful concept, whether or not we've been aware of the possibility of such damage, and even if a cure set forth herein is originated to have futile of its important purpose.

MODIFICATION & VARIATION
